Shipping & Customs

Every Eden piece is made to order in small batches by our atelier, then shipped to you with tracking. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, timings and customs.

Shipping rates

We currently don't ship outside these countries. If you'd like us to deliver to you, email us at hello@edenlabel.co and we'll let you know when we expand.

Delivery times

Because every piece is made for you, delivery time includes production plus shipping:

• Kosovo & the region: 10–14 days from the date you order
• European Union: around 2 weeks from the date you order

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates; customs checks and courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Customs, duties & taxes (EU orders)

Eden ships from outside the EU, so orders to EU countries pass through import customs. Our prices and shipping fees do not include EU import charges. These are set by your country's customs authority and are paid by you to the courier on delivery. They may include:

• Import VAT at your country's rate
• A customs duty of €3 per item type in your order (for example, two dresses count as one item type)
• A small handling fee charged by some couriers or customs authorities

If you're unsure what you'll pay, your local customs office can give you an estimate before you order.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused or not collected because import charges weren't paid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives, we'll refund the price of your items minus the original shipping cost and any return or customs costs we're charged.

Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you. For returns from the EU, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods" on the customs form so it isn't taxed again. Duties and taxes paid on delivery can't be refunded by us.
