Returns & Exchanges
A quick guide to how returns work at Eden. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- We can't accept returns showing signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, self-tan, or similar.
- Items marked Final Sale at checkout can't be returned.
- This applies across the board, including made-to-order and small-batch pieces — there's no separate exclusion for those.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange.
Faulty Item?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery at hello@edenlabel.co, with your order number and clear photos of the fault. Faults reported within 3 months of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; after that, it's generally treated as normal wear and tear.
How to Start a Return
- Fill in the form below (or email hello@edenlabel.co) with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship it back using a trackable method — we recommend this, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Costs & Refunds
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to measure: Bust — around the fullest part, tape kept level. Waist — around the narrowest point of your torso. Hips — around the fullest part, feet together. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Fit can vary slightly by style — check individual product pages for specific notes.
